  This company does not stand behind their products when purchased through certain retailers. I purchased a fixture through Amazon and within 3 months one of the lamps on the fixture developed a short.
  
  I visited Amazon's site and my manufacturer paperwork. Since 30 days had passed, the manufacturer was contacted. They refused to honor any warranty because of where it was purchased!
  
  In addition to this absolute craziness, we found these problems at installation:
  
  The problems are in the details:
  
  - Poor Instructions
  
  - Poor fit on ceiling cover
  
  - Clamping feature of the ceiling mounts/lights isn't properly aligned
  
  - Burrs from drilled holes were inside a lot of the fittings
  
  - Low quality hardware/screws - several with no screw head
  
  - Plastic toggles are too large
  
  - Several finish flaws
