  Letter carriers are lazy threw my mail from my neighbor s porch to my door mat over the last year and a half they lost 3 bank checks the last one was canceled and reissued it arrived 2 weeks later along with the canceled check. I have come home and found envelopes with my name on them sitting on the porch where they were dropped Called to talk to the postmaster man that answered he was but he didn't want to hear it hung up..Time for the post office to go private
